TOB Liquidity is a proprietary trading firm. We trade exclusively our own capital. This platform is a private partner portal providing access to market data, API documentation, and operational information for authorised institutional counterparties. It is not a public investment platform and does not constitute an offer of investment services to third parties.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to this platform is restricted to authorised institutional counterparties and their representatives. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are acting on behalf of an institutional entity and have authority to bind that entity
• You are not a retail client or member of the general public
• You are at least 18 years of age
• All information provided during registration is accurate and complete

DAMIT HOMES LIMITED reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Permitted Use

You may use this platform solely for its intended purpose of accessing market information and API documentation relevant to your trading relationship with TOB Liquidity. You must not:

• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any material that is harmful or disruptive
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Market data and information displayed are provided for informational purposes only in the context of an existing counterparty relationship. DAMIT HOMES LIMITED is not authorised or regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland to provide investment services to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, design, software, and trade marks, is the property of DAMIT HOMES LIMITED or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DAMIT HOMES LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Termination
